Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing the NWC Talent Hub ("the Portal") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.

2. Eligibility

The Portal is restricted to enrolled North Walker Consulting analysts, instructors, recruiters, and administrators. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious content, attempt to access another user's data, or reverse-engineer the Portal.

4. Content & IP

You retain ownership of materials you upload and grant NWC a limited licence to display them within the Portal for placement purposes.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose a security risk.

6. Liability

The Portal is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, NWC excludes implied warranties.
