Privacy Policy

This policy explains how North Walker Consulting ("NWC", "we") processes personal data through the NWC Talent Hub.

Data we collect

• Identity & contact: name, email, phone, location.
• Profile: career history, education, skills, target roles.
• Documents: CV/resume and supporting files you upload.
• Performance: instructor evaluations, simulation scores, readiness signals.
• Usage: technical logs and audit trail of admin actions.

Lawful basis

We process data under contract (delivering the placement service you signed up for), legitimate interest (security, audit), and consent (optional analytics cookies).

Your rights (GDPR)

• Access, rectification, erasure (you can self-erase from Account & Privacy).
• Portability — request an export of your data.
• Object to processing or withdraw consent at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and up to 24 months after closure for audit. Anonymised aggregates may be retained indefinitely.

Sharing

Recruiter access is gated to candidates explicitly marked recruiter-ready. We never sell your data.
